We engaged Andy to come up with plans to add about 2,000 sf to the home including an upstairs, as well as update the existing home. And we wanted the finished 4,000 sf home to look like it had been built that way originally! No small task. Andy and our builder had regular meetings with us for months to come up with a final plan. We were very impressed with Andy because of his attention to detail and his ability to take what we had and meld it together with the add on. His knowledge of the old and new was invaluable as he designed a floor plan for the new part that seemed to have been originally designed that way. He has a lot of knowledge about fixtures and products that he was able to share that allowed us to fixture the home the way we wanted it to be.
