This project to be built in the Lake Ridge Development in Cedar Hill, Texas just received the construction permit. This project has faced many hurdles to get to this point and I am excited to see it starting construction! This SketchUp model image shows the major exterior materials to be used: Ironspot brick (modular and thin), 3-coat stucco in colors shown, black frame windows, Tigerwood shiplap, and bronze tinted Polygal translucent polycarbonite panels.
