Dallas Home Renovation - Hoel

This mid-century modern home was remodeled and updated for additional space, covered patio, additional storage, and new finishes and fixtures.  All additional space added was achieved by annexing unconditioned space located under the existing roof of the home to enlarge the home without expanding the existing footprint.

We look for ways to provide the client's requested functions in the least amount of space possible in order to allow for higher quality finishes and equipment.

We find that the clients benefit from having an assembled team early on in the design process to ensure the best solutions to the design requirements with our project management leadership.
